2016 NIFTY Turn Dates (2016-07-02)

Analysis of the 2016 Bradley Turn Dates for the NIFTY

See below for the potentially most powerful Turn Dates for 2016:

  • February 1-6 — There are nearly simultaneous turns in the Middle Terms, Long Terms, and Declinations during the first week in February 2016.
  • May 25 — The last few Long Terms Turn Dates performed very well, so this low in the Middle Terms index for the year could coincide with a turn in the market.
  • July 1-5 — During the first week in July there are turns in the Bradley Siderograph, the Declinations, and the Middle Terms.  This time period also marks the high for the year for the Declinations and the Bradley Siderograph.
  • November 26-29 – There are turns in the Bradley Siderograph as well as turns in the Declinations and the Long Terms.  Also, this time period corresponds to the low in the Bradley Siderograph and the Declinations for the year.

Hello. there seems to be the same dates for everything mentioned in your page.
Is that a co-incidence ? See Nov 29th, that turn date is there for every commodity and stock exchanges.
strange. Please can you elaborate on that.

      Hi Guru,

The Bradley Siderograph and the three elements that combine to create the Bradley Siderograph (i.e., the Middle Terms, Long Terms, and Declinations) are not customized to each individual security. These Bradley Siderograph indicators are based on a formula in Donald Bradley’s book, Stock Market Prediction, which was released in the late 1940s.

The formula in Stock Market Prediction relates to overall investor sentiment (i.e., positive/bullish or negative/bearish sentiment). In contrast, the Advanced Astro Indicator is customized to the actual historical correlation between each security and the various planetary aspects and declinations.

For example, the Bradley Siderograph always assumes that a trine aspect (120 degrees) is positive and will result in an increase in the Bradley Siderograph indicator for all securities. In contrast, the Advanced Astro Indicator looks to the actual historical correlation of each planetary aspect and declination to see if it tended to be correlated with positive or negative performance in the security.

If a security has tended to experience weakness (e.g., falling share price) when trine aspects take place, the Advanced Astro Indicator would take this to account (i.e., the indicator would go down as trine aspects take place).

This is why the Bradley Sideorgraph is the same for all securities, whereas the Advanced Astro Indicator is customized to each individual security.

      I hope that helped!

      Regards,
      Matt

        Hi,

What is the diffirence between Bradley Sideograph and Advanced Astro Dashboard?
        1.http://bradleysiderograph.com/bradley-siderograph-turn-dates-software-model-in-excel/
        2.http://bradleysiderograph.com/advanced-astro-indicator/
For what period this software will forecast?
        My interest is in commodities

Is there a alternative mode of payment that you have as i do not have a Credit /Debit Card?

Does the software incorporate Crowford model for forecasting?

          Hi Vejay,

The Bradley Bars Dashboard will allow you to graph the price history of a security against the Bradley Siderograph and the three elements that make up the Bradley Siderograph. It will also show you the Bradley Bars Turn Dates.

The Advanced Astro Dashboard has all of the functionality of the Bradley Bars Dashboard. However, the Advanced Astro Dashboard also has additional indicators customized to each indicator that are based on the actual historical price history between the security selected and each planetary aspect and declination.

All of the Dashboards currently available contain indicators through the year 2100.

In the future it is possible that additional payment options may be added, but right now PayPal is the tool used by this site to process payments. PayPal will typically allow you to pay with a checking account if you don’t have a credit/debit card.

Thanks for asking about Arch Crawford’s work, but I don’t believe these Dashboard contain his model for forecasting.

          I hope that was helpful!

          Regards,
          Matt

      Hi Ankit,

Thanks for your comment. The vast majority of the content I produce related to the Bradley Siderograph is made available for free on the site for your use. Right now on the site the only two premium products that cost money are the Advanced Astro Dashboard and the Bradley Bars Dashboard. If you have an interest in updated information for the Advanced Astro Dashboard I encourage you to go to this page here:

      Thanks,

  • Rakesh

As I see, you foresee uptrend till till September in Nifty. Do you think Nifty will bottom in November? If you foresee a bottom in November, do you think it will be at a level lower than the level of 6800 in Feb, or it will only be a small correction?
How do I purchase on the website?

    • Bradley Siderograph Post author

      Hi Rakesh,

I’ve received a significant amount of emails and comments asking that I start producing a monthly newsletter that would answer the type of question you asked (i.e., when will the NIFTY bottom, where will the bottom take place, etc.). So far I still don’t offer this type of service, but as you mentioned, the Advanced Astro Dashboard for the NIFTY is currently available here:

      http://bradleysiderograph.com/advanced-astro-indicator/

This Dashboard allows you to graph the NIFTY against the Bradley Siderograph, the Middle Terms, Long Terms, Declinations, the Advanced Astro Indicator, etc. It also includes additional functionality such as the Rate of Change of each indicator, etc.

      Regards,
      Matt

Sorry to disturb you I have a another question – How can I update data regularly. Quandl provide me the data regularly or it will take some charge. Cause your tool is on good price. But quandle data price is very high.

    Thanks

  • Krishna Attri

    Dear Sir,

I want to buy Bradley Siderograph for Nifty. But I want to know ? I already watched your all screen shot here. Then what is the need to buy this Bradley Siderograph. Please give me a proper reason.

    • Bradley Siderograph Post author

      Hi Krishna,

Thanks for your question. This page contains various graphs of the Bradley Siderograph and other related indicators including the Bradley Bars. I hope you are getting a lot of value out of these graphs, but if they are all you are using then you would be missing out on several valuable features including the following:

      1. Rate of Change — The Advanced Astro Dashboard allows you to identify key points where there is a significant shift in the Rate of Change (ROC) for each indicator:

      http://bradleysiderograph.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/NIFTY-and-the-Long-Terms-Rate-of-Change-2016.png

      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hoQ9ZdD9_lY

      2. Advanced Astro Indicator — The Bradley Siderograph, Declinations, etc. are the exact same for all securities. However, we know that in any given year the price of one security can go up significantly while the price of another security decreases significantly. Therefore, leveraging only the Bradley Siderograph, Declinations, etc. is only one piece of the puzzle. The Advanced Astro Indicator is based on to the actual historical correlation between a specific security and the various planetary aspects, declinations, etc. (i.e., it is customized to each specific security).

      3. Planetary Aspects Tab — Two of the tabs in the Advanced Astro Dashboard let you see (1) what planetary aspects are taking place each day and (2) the historical correlation between those planetary aspects and the security in question. For example, you can see if historically the security has tended to display strength or weakness upon the occurrence of each of these planetary aspects.

      4. More Frequent Updates to the Security Price Graph — I make an effort to update these graphs periodically, but sometimes weeks or months can pass between these updates. With your own Advanced Astro Dashboard, you have full control to update the historical data as it becomes available rather than having to wait for these periodic updates.

      5. Access to Real-Time Historical Correlation Analysis – There is a new tab in the Advanced Astro Dashboard labeled “Advanced,” which displays real-time historical correlation information for the security in question. The historical correlation figures are updated automatically as new data is pulled into the Dashboard. I haven’t mentioned this additional functionality on the site yet because it’s going to take me about one more week to finish adding it to each of the remaining Dashboards (i.e., only approximately 50 of the 97 Dashboards have this built in right now). The NIFTY Dashboard currently includes this functionality. See below for a screen shot of what it looks like:

      http://bradleysiderograph.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/Real-Time-Historical-Correlations.png

There are other benefits as well, but this should provide you with a general sense for the significant advantages associated with owning your own Advanced Astro Dashboard for a particular security.

      Regards,
      Matt

      Hi Ankit,

The Advanced Astro Dashboard for the NIFTY contains data from July 3, 1990 through December 31, 2100. For each of these dates the Advanced Astro Indicator is available. The Dashboard also contains the traditional Bradley Siderograph indicators including the Bradley Siderograph, Middle Terms, Long Terms, and Declinations.

    Hi

Kindly update us followers with the latest reading on the overall NIFTY movements on the declination level… Pl show in the graph and your latest view will be extremely appreciated

    • Bradley Siderograph Post author

      Hi Vipul,

As of today the graphs of the NIFTY are updated through the beginning of July 2016.

Overall the astro indicators are pointing toward some possible weakness in the NIFTY in the near term (i.e., the Bradley Siderograph and Declinations). However, it’s important to note that the NIFTY is still in a strong uptrend. Therefore, I would want to see some confirmation of the change in trend by seeing some weakness in the NIFTY actually take place.

      Regards,
      Matt

    Hello,
What is the other content you can provide which will be helpful in trading on the nifty(advanced astro dashboard) for remainder of the year? Any subscriptions or so which are useful.
Please be so kind to give detail by email if possible.
    Thank you

    • Bradley Siderograph Post author

      Hi Ankit,

Right now the focus is on the July 1 and July 5 Turn Dates for the Bradley Siderograph and Declinations. However, it might also be worth noting that on August 5th the Long Terms will reach a significant top. Given that the “traditional” version of the Long Terms has inversions, this date (i.e., August 5th) could be a significant date (e.g., it could be a possible low).

      Regards,
      Matt

      Hi Srinath,

You are correct that the Bradley Siderograph, Long Terms, Middle Terms, and Declinations do not have any upcoming Turn Dates in the month of April 2016. However, a customized version of the NIFTY I am working on shows a possible bottom in the NIFTY around mid-April 2016 and a possible high in the NIFTY in early September 2016. This is based on using only the Advanced Astro Long Terms weights as compared to all of the Advanced Astro weights. Thanks for your comment.

      Matt

      • Srinath

Thank you Matt. So you are saying “NEW LOW” in mid of April? or Stay above the low in Feb-16 we had and it will be just a retrace. NEW LOW would be dangerous to the impulse move up counts we have in Elliott waves.

        • Bradley Siderograph Post author

          Hi Srinath,

The main takeaway from my last comment is that the indicator I mentioned showed that the NIFTY could be in an uptrend from mid-April 2016 through early September 2016. I like to take into account multiple indicators as compared to relying on any one indicator. Therefore, if the NIFTY continues to exhibit strength I would focus more on the “uptrend from April – September 2016” part of my comment as compared to the possible April 2016 bottom that I mentioned. I hope this helped.

          Matt

          • Srinath

Thank you very much Matt for your response. Do you post your customized version? or it is just for your internal purposes only? Anyways you have been great help. Thanks again.

          • Bradley Siderograph Post author

            Hi Srinath,

To answer your question, the indicator I was referring to is the indicator based on the Advanced Astro weights for only the Long Terms planets (i.e., “AA LT”) for the NIFTY. This indicator only includes weights for planetary aspects between Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune, Uranus, and Pluto. If you take a look at the Advanced Astro Indicator page ( http://bradleysiderograph.com/advanced-astro-indicator/ )you can see a screen shot of a correlation analysis I ran using various combinations of weights. The “AA LT” combination of weights had a high correlation with the NIFTY during 2015, which you should be able to see in one of the screen shots on the historical correlation analysis page ( http://bradleysiderograph.com/historical-correlation-analysis-for-the-advanced-astro-indicator/ ). In the free version of the Advanced Astro Dashboard, this “AA LT” indicator is selected by default when you open it up. You can download the free version for the NIFTY using the link at the top of this page. After you download it, you might need to first click a rectangular box at the top of your Excel window that says “Enable Content” and/or “Enable Editing.” Then you can change the year to 2016 to see the data for this indicator through the end of March 2016.

            Regards,
            Matt

Hi Mahesh — Thanks for your question. Right now the Bradley Bars Dashboard or the Advanced Astro Dashboard would be the best way to stay up to date on the performance of the NIFTY and SENSEX as compared to astro indicators, such as the Bradley Siderograph. It’s possible the type of service you are asking about could be launched in the future. If so I will send out an email, so if you have not done so already, I encourage you to add yourself to the free email distribution list.

      Thanks,
      Matt
